		<description>I have always found the tradition of paying for the medical procedure - regardless of the outcome was not for the benefit of the patient.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Seems like the discussion needs to turn from &#039;medical procedures and the insurance industry&#039;  to health care for humans.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Part of the problem is that some of the &#039;humans&#039; in the debate are &#039;superhuman&#039; in their influence, due to the sadly legitimate corporate lobbyists, that are merely seeing to the fiduciary responsibilities of their shareholders   ... ie. legislated exploitation of consumers ... who were once citizens.</description>
