Thank goodness for Gleevec. Does anyone know if CML can be caused by exposure to chemicals? If so, what chenicals? We think we have a case of workplace exposure from fire fighting but we find no documentation of such a possibility. Any information would be wonderful to receive. Thank you.

Gleevec a cancer wonder drug it may be but there are a few like it. I was working in a hospital in Bakersfield, CA where I met a fellow who had been given a cancer drug intravenous that cost $10,000 a cc.
