It's hard to think clearly about this topic. Especially when this is such an important issue to so many people.

I've always been a Republican. But it's really hard to be all philosophical about the role of government in my life when I have to make the decision between rent/utilities/food and cobra payment (which is kinda affordable now--thanks, Obama). I actually have the opportunity to take more than unemployment and disqualify myself for Medicaid.

Until I decide which I will foregoe (rent, utilities or cobra), I pray no one needs to go to the ER and that weird mole on my chest doesn't become an issue.

I'll have to email Mitch and see if he can help me out.
